CAE use knowledge, relationships and constant vigilance to obtain the best possible prices and pass these benefits to you. The aim is to quote the best price first time and minimise disruption through manufacturer price adjustments and currency fluctuation.

Promotions

Manufacturer promotions offer great pricing but should be considered in context. If you are looking for the lowest cost solution to an immediate problem then a promotion will allow you to fulfil that requirement. However, all promotions are offered with a goal in mind; stock is cleared out of the channel to make way for replacement models, a new technology is introduced to establish market share or a milestone financial target is being attempted. We will help you understand the relevance of the promotion so that it is not purely a price decision but is taken with an understanding of future impact.

Quality

Despite our best efforts it is not possible to completely eliminate errors in product supply. More important is how we work with to rectify issues. If you are a customer with a CAE support contract the process is completely seamless from delivery into support, which includes the rectification of any DOA equipment. Without a contract CAE will ensure you receive the full benefit of manufacturer warranty and will work with you towards resolution.
